Carbon fiber round tubes are highly customizable. They come in various diameters (from a few millimeters to several inches) and wall thicknesses, and fiber orientations can be tailored to meet specific engineering requirements. For example, unidirectional fibers aligned along the tube’s axis maximize tensile strength for load-bearing applications, while woven fibers provide balanced strength in multiple directions for parts subjected to twisting forces.
