Material

The product is made of high-quality T700/T800 grade Carbon Fiber Prepreg and high-temperature epoxy resin. The carbon content of the carbon fiber is more than 90%, and the resin system meets UL 94-V0 flame retardant standard, ensuring excellent mechanical properties and safety performance.

Features & Advantages

It has outstanding strength-to-weight ratio, with a density of only 1.5-1.8g/cm³, much lower than steel and aluminum, but the tensile strength can reach more than 3000MPa. It is corrosion-resistant, aging-resistant and has low thermal expansion, maintaining stable performance in harsh environments such as high and low temperatures (-50℃ to +180℃) and humid corrosion. In addition, it has good vibration damping and dimensional stability, which can reduce equipment load and improve operation precision.

Packaging & Transportation

Packaging adopts pearl cotton wrapping + hard carton packaging, and special protective sleeves are added at both ends of the carbon fiber tube to prevent collision and scratch during transportation. The carton is reinforced and waterproof treated to adapt to long-distance transportation and ensure the product is intact when delivered. Transportation adopts professional logistics channels to ensure safe and stable delivery.
