Material

The product is made of high-quality T300/T700 carbon fiber and high-purity epoxy resin. The carbon fiber has high fiber strength and uniform distribution, and the resin has strong adhesion and high temperature resistance, which effectively ensures the overall stability and durability of the carbon fiber plate.

Features & Advantages

With ultra-light weight and high strength, the density of the carbon fiber plate is only 1.6-1.7g/cm³, which is 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum, while its tensile strength is 5-10 times that of steel. It has good corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and is not easy to rust or deform. It also has excellent fatigue resistance and dimensional stability, which can maintain stable performance in long-term use and harsh working environments.

Packaging & Transportation

The packaging adopts double-layer protective design: the surface of the carbon fiber plate is covered with PE film to prevent scratches, and then it is packed with thick foam and reinforced carton. The carton is equipped with anti-collision partitions to avoid damage caused by extrusion and collision during transportation. Professional logistics teams are used for transportation to ensure the safe delivery of products.

Model Parameters & Customization

We provide conventional standard carbon fiber plates, with thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 50mm, width from 100mm to 1500mm, and length up to 3000mm, which can meet the needs of most conventional applications.
